An audit, not a quiz
What you spend on supplements isn't what you're getting back.
Bring the stack you already take. We check it against reviewed research and show you what's redundant, what's underdosed, and what it's quietly costing you — in dollars, with the evidence behind every finding.
What the audit checks
Three checks on the stack you already own
Not a wishlist. We start from your inventory and run it against the same three questions, every time.
Overlap
Duplicate or overlapping active ingredients across the products you take — the same compound paid for twice.
Dose vs. research
Where the evidence allows, your dose compared against the range actually used in human research — above, below, or within.
Evidence Tier
The quality of human evidence behind each compound, graded A to D, shown on every finding — strong dosing can’t fake a strong tier.
What a finding looks like
Findings read like a ledger line, not an ad
Your NMN dose is 17% below the range used in human research (300–500 mg).
Based on a single human trial. Tier B.
2 products in this stack each contain a NAD+ precursor — about $72/month on overlapping sources.
Redundant spend, not a benefit.
Preliminary, non-human research on this compound has used varied doses. Human dosing data isn't available yet.
Tier C — not yet confirmed in human trials.

You see the shape of the result before anything is required
A free Preview shows what we recognized and how strong the evidence is. The full Spend Efficiency Index, Estimated Annual Waste, and your Stop / Keep / Start report unlock after you enter a little more.
Estimated Annual Waste is always shown as a range — never a single false-precision number.

How the evidence gets in
Research is extracted from primary sources, then verified against the source by a credentialed human reviewer before it enters our database. Nothing reaches your report on extraction alone.
Your report is calculated by deterministic scoring software against our reviewed research database — it is not written by an AI language model. That database is built by extracting study data from primary sources with AI, then verifying it against those sources by a credentialed reviewer; your free-text entry is matched to compounds by deterministic text-matching, and you confirm those matches before anything is scored. This is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Why the score is independent
Your Spend Efficiency Index is calculated independently of any affiliate relationship. Products we link to may earn a commission — this never affects your score or evidence ratings.
The scoring engine and the product-recommendation engine are separate systems. The score can't see commission data, by design.

Always consult a physician before changing your regimen, especially if you take medication or have a medical condition.
By deterministic scoring software, not an AI model. Your dosing is compared against evidence-tier ceilings, ranging A through D. Weaker evidence caps your score regardless of how well you're dosed, so you can't score well on a compound that isn't well-supported.

No. Our scoring engine and affiliate links are built as two separate systems that can't influence each other. A product can't rank better because it pays us more, the same principle regulators apply to any ranking site that takes commissions.
Every compound in our database is checked by a credentialed reviewer against the original published research, not just AI-summarized. Evidence tiers, A through D, reflect the real strength of that research.
